Ecomike! This answer was a beautiful thing. I am sorry for my impatience.

Part of my frustration is the complete sloppiness of this whole transition. These guys are obviously brilliant but where is the leadership to keep us posted rather than BOOKING on SEC FILINGS DROPPING for us to hit pay dirt. Don't you think the CEO, Hovis, should be keeping the shareholders up to speed on what is going on during this whole debacle? Where is the leadership? Since he is not, it tells me the following:

1. It tells me he doesn't give a crap about current shareholders. Don't worry, I get that. Why would management care about a bunch of fast money guys (for the most part) from an old shell that are not a source of traditional funding like a new issuance would be with new shareholders or even a secondary issuance in which they have the shareholders pretty much lined up already.
2. Their product isn't ready to go or is still in development stages. If it was ready, this transition debacle would have been managed a lot better. Don't get me wrong,I don't care if the drink is still in development stages. Development is the part of every biotech's life story.
3. I can keep going but I won't share because they are mostly negative.

What I have to tell myself is that we shouldn't be treated like shareholders because we are really just the remaining scraps from the old shell that management really could care less about. I get it, I really do, but come on, this is taking FOREVER!
