That’s right—they will announce the results from the ASSIST-1, -2, and -3 trials simultaneously—and soon. Without studying these trials in great detail, I’ve mused that the simultaneous reporting suggests 0, 1, or 3 (but not 2) of the trials will be successful (#msg-13660825).

A lot of people have been wondering what Black Bear/Eastbourne is seeking to accomplish by buying more and more shares on a regular basis. They now own more than 30% of the company; in my opinion, they will try to take the company private if the ASSIST trials bomb. Regards, Dew
