There is a disconnect between shareholders and management on options....the lower the stock PPS the option is awarded at, the higher the percentage of potential profit for management in the future...for shareholders, who often buy shares with debt, lower share prices invite margin calls and eliminate taking advantage of potential future price appreciation.

Options for management should be awarded only on the basis of increasing share prices...NOT decreasing share prices.
