"resolved before filing Bankruptcy" Does not say "NO Bankruptcy". The plain language, as written states that before filing for Bankruptcy, she wants the Lattucca issue resolved.


Bahnsen did not say, "I am working to see if we get this resolved to avoid filing for Bankruptcy". The plain language, as written states that before filing for Bankruptcy, she wants the Lattucca issue resolved.

Given Bahnsen's slimy past, I would want her to clearly state that there will be no Bankruptcy if there is a Settlement Agreement... Otherwise it is just more bullshit.
