Or in later Aug/Sept?

By big I mean....buyout or merger or Activist filing or CEO retirement or big acquisition or...

We know at least one activist firm is nibbling.
We know insider shares are listed in the S3.
We know a huge increase in backlog is likely.
Trading volumes are now healthy.
It sure feels like something coming.
