In this last full year this CEO has stated that this company was putting all there tools to work, equipment, partnering, etc, and, yes Covid 19 has played a part here, but, this company looks like it is now in a phase of too much of a slow down in all of it's intended building blocks, if things change positively here the shareholder's may not see any upward appreciation if it happens in this stock for quite some time, maybe by this time next year or even later. JMOHO
