When you say shares came off restriction as "part of the deal," it makes Costello look like a pawn with a story for the purpose of enriching previous owners, the NCDL crowd. Owners of the shares that came off restriction have left with millions in profit. Costello allowed that to happen and has done absolutely nothing with the shell over the last 13 months.
