Hey Janice , can you look up a ticker UPLCQ. They released an 8 k today and needed to know if this company goes in bankruptcy protection does the orginal shares get canceled. The company alluded to issuing new shares so does the shareholders lose the orginal shares. Plus what is a backstop protection agreement?
