In trying to analyze the future of HENC I believe TC has it right. There are a lot of these companies that would welcome to be part of a roll-up
Doing this with stock and cash would be ideal. This CBD industry is going to grow exponentially
with positive legislation. They could be on the right track.
There are probably other ventures to. They have not gone thru all of this
structuring for nothing.
Let's not forget the reverse-merger law firm. It is one of the best in Washington.
