Here is my experience with R/S

I was involved with the R/S at CITI. It
was a 10 to 1 split. Sure the price went from
approx 4 dollars to 40 dollars.

Then the same day investors sold the stock
like there was no tomorrow. It took a long
time many many months for the PPS to
recover.

Besides that major drawback the GOVT is
not going to want a R/S either. It’s a dead
subject not gonna happen.
