In my humble opinion, several offers will materialize as soon as DECN publishes the data from the feasibility study. That is all the data they need for the EU CE Mark and apply to sell in Canada. Sell in Canada and Americans will buy the kits. Some entrepreneurs will figure that out. Also feasibility data will allow emergency registration in countries like Brazil and Russia. India, Malaysia and Indonesia are freebies. Many, many companies are doing this. And you know what, the FDA is glad -- it takes the heat off of them.
