Wow! So, DECN, Berman, needs shareholder's help...the same shareholders he's been screwing over for years and will continue to screw over for the foreseeable future? LOL.

The second DECN Shareholders letter was sent out late last night via email. The long list of DECN shareholders who gave approval to use their names is attached to the letter. The letter, as many of you know, is detailed and comprehensive. It does a great job of covering DECN's epic battle with a corrupt SEC, a battle that DECN would not have engaged in if not for this corruption.

I am certain that Bret will still accept your name and your permission, if you have not already provided it because sometimes these letters require errata updates. But regardless the final version of the shareholder letter was sent.

I will not speak for Bret, but I for one want to thank everyone who contributed. The Form 550 appeal that DECN is engaged in has been around for awhile, but in my research I have yet to review one of these appeals that presents opportunities to make arguments made by the company and in two shareholder letters.
