Postes, I drank the Kool-Aid during that time period. In hindsight, the amrn crew did a classic pump and dump fully aware of forthcoming secondary at a 20% discount. I still wonder how many shares the underwriters sold (short) to us unsuspecting investors knowing they could cover when the underwriting was completed then cover their shorts with the greenshoe?
