About the price targets for year end. Please lets not get ahead of ourselves here.
NGW is a baby company without much in house staff. Most of which is consumed in the day to day operation of growing and packaging weed.
Next major project at bat is the startup of the extraction facility, and extraction start up in house and proof of process. A big in house project, that will take all hands on deck management time and energy. With many more products in house to finalize the process for quality and then launch to the market.
This will take money investment, time and management energy.
After the extraction process is up and running the cloning of seedling will be the next product on deck. The unknowns about this are many and should take management until the end of 2020 to get right so that the sales $$ could flow in to the business.
The above being said, I just do not see the sales growing at a much higher rate to the financial until the end of the 4th quarter of 2020.
At the end of the 4th quarter my thinking is that NGW should be generating sales of about $1,500,000 per month. An annual run rate of about $18,000,000 per year.
My year end price target is $.35 U.S. With a market cap of $.35 x 175,000,000 shares outstanding $61,500,000. Or price to sales of 3.4 times.
