Lazar's $EGOC 8-K on the SEC's EDGAR website:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001274001/000121390020017966/ea124366-8k_energyone.htm

And here's the Energy 1 SEC company search result showing the same:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1274001/000121390020017966/0001213900-20-017966-index.htm

Someone was claiming the 8-K was BS and that nothing has been filed with the SEC or NVSOS. That is not the case. The 8-K is clearly on file, searchable, and visible via the SEC EDGAR website, and the 8-K includes exhibits which delineate the custodian process through Clark County Courts in Nevada. It's true that NVSOS hasn't made the update yet, but that's because it always, every time, takes a while for the custodianship-granting process to be reflected at NVSOS. A couple of examples:

QUTR:
• Custodianship granted via Clark County Courts 12/23/19
• Notice of Entry of Order 12/26/19
• NVSOS updated with the custodianship info 1/14/20
• = 3 weeks from custodianship to NVSOS update

LGBI:
• Custodianship granted 03/11/20
• Notice of Entry of Order 03/12/20
• NVSOS wasn't updated until 04/06/20
• = 4 weeks from custodianship to NVSOS update

It rarely takes less than a week and sometimes takes a month for the NVSOS website update on a custodianship, but once the deed is done in Clark County Courts, NVSOS is just a formality.

At any rate, whatever one thinks of custodianship plays, $EGOC's 8-K is legit, it is indeed on file with the SEC, and it's publicly available via the EDGAR database. Clark County Courts indeed granted Lazar's Custodian Ventures custodianship unopposed, and this will be reflected at NVSOS when they get to it. There's a huge paperwork backlog at all government agencies due to covid-19, and clerical work takes time.…
