If this guy could get in, Bolivia would be a huge untapped opportunity for Ensorcia and Ibat. IBATs tech would be a perfect fit for Bolivia because the evaporation rates are not the same (lower) for conventional processes as they are in Chile and Argentina. The election is in October.
