I've heard the rumor.
Many say JV or BO is imminent.
Here's only five reasons why:
1. AEcom’s presence at the USACE conference call. Looks like the potential partner is looking for information and intel on the Pebble Project via an engineering firm.
2. Northern Dynasty Minerals hired the “big gun” Adam ”The Closer” Chodos to get the deal done.
3. Tom Collier, the Pebble CEO says “I have a couple of confidentiality agreements that preclude me from making any specific comments about the status of any negotiations – in fact, even preclude me from saying that I am negotiating with someone,”
4. Several hedge funds and institutional investors increased their stake in shares of Northern Dynasty Minerals recently.
5. The insiders accumulate.
