Yep...that's the point. But in our case the first Du complaint has been ignored by Du...she doesn't get it. Calling Vascepa fish oil, especially due to her professional connection, is a civil action tantamount to slander. Fish oil has nothing to do with today's PR yet those that read Du calling Vascepa fish oil think otherwise. The 9th circuit needs to address the first complaint before Appeals court makes a decision to remand this to her. And Du should have enough of an ethical backbone to recuse herself in a related case with a known complaint...it reflects poorly on 9th circuit as a whole IMO.
