Attention Board, Globetel filed their motions on time yesterday. They did not answer the complaint in any way but filed motions to dismiss the consolidated complaint based on technical letters of the law not upon absence of malice or wrong doing. Defendants state lack of everything in their motions. So now it's just extended out for oral argument by plantiff council.

They are available on a my group board if you wish to review them.

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
