Management was a farce that led to much of the problem. Mitch Gold was interested only in the parachute named after him. JJ was a sales clown that did nothing to improve operations nor move forward. But he did set up a really nice new corporate headquarters so he could work from near home.

Yeah, they certainly had sh** tossed at them. But at the end of the day they failed to execute. You can not blame the 2007 CRL on anybody but DNDN. They lied to the public about the data and hid the CRC issue. Yet Mitch sold plenty of stock then. You can not blame the outstanding debt on anybody but DNDN management as they could easily have cleaned that up with stock sales in 2010-2011. You can not blame the crappy gross margin on anybody but DNDN management because it took little time for that Canadian company to clean it up. The list goes on.
