TDAmeritrade no issues buying. I've bought last 2 weeks pretty easily. Especially if you buy at the ask.

This could take a long while though and unless patient, which in otc land is rare, many may sell at only 30-50% returns.

Should be interesting when and if step #3 does actually happen.
