They're obviously cooking the books. Almost $1 million in stock compensation purposely omitted from their FY end filing. That omission obviously affects their balance sheet.

We know for a fact that OMHE does NOT OWN any of the following:
1) Celebrity Brands LLC, the Celeb Cream Trademark or Celeb Cream product, www.celebcream.com, www.celebritycream.com
2) Le Signature LLC, the Le Signature Trademark or Le Signature products.
3) Entourage Biotech LLC, Relivatrol Trademark or Relivatrol Products, www.Relivatrol.com, Dr. CBD trademark or Dr. CBD Products.
4) I can't find where Celebrity Brands INC has been registered, nor has OMHE declared it as an asset in any of their financials, no 8k filed.

WE KNOW OMHE DOES NOT OWN ANY THE ASSETS ABOVE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T FIND THESE ASSETS DECLARED IN ANY OF OMHE'S FINANCIAL FILINGS. There is no 8k indicating they acquired any of the above assets.

Here comes the interesting part. If you visit the following websites, you will see that the format is very similar for all three in terms of using the same template/format/structure.

So, where are the connections? Andrey Soloviev, Paul Rosenberg, and Lawrence L. Samuels.

Laurence Samuels likely owns Celebrity Brands LLC, the celebcream trademark, and the celebcream products.

Laurence Samuels likely owns Entourage BioTech LLC, the Relivatrol website and Relivatrol trademark and products, the Dr. CBD trademark. Hence, the similarities in www.relivatrol.com, www.lesignature, and www.celebcream.com. Plus, the Relivatrol website indicates in the terms and conditions that the content is owned by www.celebritycream.com (which is owned by Celebrity Brands LLC).

Andrey Soloviev likely owns the original Le Signature LLC, Le Signature trademark and Le Signature products. Le Signature is merely a relabeled CelebCream. Hence, the similarities in the two websites. www.celebcream.com and www.lesignature.com

Paul likely owns Le Signature Brands LLC.

OMHE has been NON COMPLIANT with reporting of material events.
