What concerns me about legalization on a federal level is that doing so would remove the only barriers to big tobacco and liquor giants from entering the marketplace. They have war chests which are unimaginably deep. They can throw billions into the sector and not even feel it.

Right now, the federal laws against cannabis are the only thing keeping them out. But I agree, it is only a matter of time before the Feds relent and they decriminalize Cannabis. Personally I hope they wait a couple of years before doing it. That would give us all the opportunity to bank some serious coin first.
