Bouf, let me rephrase it this way. Sure the merits alone will win a reversal. But there's a reason why it takes time for Judges to craft their rulings, justice demands more than calling balls and strikes. This case was clearly an abuse of the system. Barely four years of exclusivity had passed, before Amrin found itself in the fight of its life. Obviously, whatever the courts had on the books to serve as a deterrent, wasn't.

I believe the Judges will be, if not already, highly incensed by this absolutely absurd case. A case, that had no business getting this far. They will throw down the gauntlet. Words are powerful, and the Judges will bring them to bear in the hope of deterring future frivolity.
