Mesenchymal and pro-neural are not genetic subgroups, they are older descriptive classifications used prior to genetic classification.

As I understand it, IDH mutation is uncommon in all primary GBM. So any high level would be indicative of secondary (cancers that were not originally GBM or mutated from the original).

The numbers in the trial should be small. In NVCR's EF-14 it was 7%. For the trial arm-vs-arm comparison this is really a minor deal. Sounds to me like they either want to do a historical comp (where this would matter), or a subgroup analysis.
