They could print more shares so management could take larger percentage ownership in the company at lower prices right before the merger. You could be right, but IBAT really hasnt accomplished anything in its whole existence. Why wouldnt have Burba stayed with SAL, got the patent granted, then merged or sold it and have a much larger percentage?

I think IBAT took a hit with shareholder relations when david scott resigned. He was the only one who would reply to my emails and answer some questions. Now their email doesnt even go through.
