It wasn't, there was a reverse split of 1 for 2 million sh. Then there was a forward of 500 for 1.

This averages out to a total of 1 for 4,000 reverse which is not as bad as you claimed in your email.

The kicker is going private and given a value of zero.

They claim to have a factory building HT Battery Packs. If they are building them, who is buying them ? Nobody has fessed up.
