“My father issued shareholder updates 2x a month. What did he get for doing that? Harassed to death. The Company will issue news via a press release when appropriate.”

Updates should not be a mechanical thing, they should be as required (as per market and financial) or necessary (significant enough for shareholders).

Putting the weight of her father’s harassement on the shareholders is miserable leadership.

Perhaps the harassment was the result of over-promise and under-delivery, as it is often the case in penny stock!
