Checked PACER today and found that an unopposed motion was filed last week to delay former DEWM CEO Moran's sentencing until at least November to make it easier for him to cooperate in another case related to the fraud in which he participated.

Of course, that trial will probably be delayed, which will mean another postponement of Moran's sentencing.
Since current CEO Hunter has gone silent, maybe this calls for a poll:
