Their balance sheet shows a very undervalued market cap with a large cash pay off on liabilities being reported in Q1 for over 8 mill...
There is no dilution listed in the filings:
The float is around a 113 mill with some heavy insider ownership...the OS has not changed now in 4 years:
They are an alternative reporting company however they just chose to become pink current last month...they suck at communicating with share holders but my guess is something is up for them to of pushed so quickly to become current the way they did.
