I value your trading platform and knowledge but alas , I disagree with your analysis.

Why would the treasury risk opening a can of worms on this locked down Wamu ordeal ? Simply paying the hedges and escrow what has been hidden will complete the waterfall without further litigation.

I will be happy and relieved when this happens, but future delays or problems has huge potential to unravel everything litigated . My 2 cents

We have a different administration now, l believe they are not crooks.
