IMO it will fly past that with legitimate news we are all waiting on. A signed contract (or 2) will do wonders for many disappointed investors and legitimize the capabilities of this new leadership. Signed contracts are what many of us longtime investors have been waiting years to see. We know the products, if marketed right will sell, but as of this point, there is no marketing. All hoping BIEL #2 can do what BIEL #1 could not. GLTY
