PACER: 69 & 70 Hikma and Reddy’s submit attorneys to argue; I do not see their response filed, to me this is odd. Amarin submission contains their portion of the argument....the defendants have not submitted arguments to 3 judge panel on a court ordered time frame.

WTF is going on? Also the 2 million share trade...does someone know something? Watch options very closely.

I am beyond settlement, I want real legislation supported by generic drug lobby to AVOID attacks on innovation. Attacks on innovation is NOT in US generic drug scheme because it damages the future health of US citizens. This is a simple but vital part of generic drug scheme. I have acted on the above and will meet with Senate HELP team to discuss where in the drug scheme this legislation needs to be addressed.
