What a bizarre day in this stock...up around 50% at one time on massive volume. That tells me that a lot of people are waiting on the sidelines for a strong enough signal to jump in or add to their holdings for a massive move up they see coming. Apparently many misjudged the overall reaction from completion of phase 1. Just think what happens if Altria completes phase 2?
