there is no predicting alj's, but the company not responding usually results in a long stint on the greys. if the company contested the revocation, hearings would be set. if the company agreed to revocation, then it happens very quickly. but when the company doesn't respond at all then the sec will try again to contact them and then they go back to the alj who schedules more hearings and then the company does not respond again, and.... well, you get the point. it's not unusual for revocation taking a year or more.
