Sorry, but I don't know of Mr. Cloud or SMS, so I can offer no observation based on personal knowledge or experience.

What I do find interesting is that over two weeks ago our firm sent word through counsel to General Dalby that we would unilaterally drop our lawsuit as a gesture of good faith if we simply could have a dialogue over the fees owed our firm. We're still awaiting a response; perhaps the travel schedule mentioned in his letter to the shareholders offers some explanation.
