I came to this stock because a friend told me the company will skyrocket in the next few months, he used to work for the company and I liked him as a professional so I decided to check it out.

They fired him recently... still decided to learn a little more about the company, here is what I found; this is all my opinion, so do your own DD.

Firing the only person creating revenue:

When they fired Brycen Rhinehart I commented here I thought it was a bad idea, it has proven to be a misstep. His division was the only one generating any revenue. I was called a liar and then the company just buried the news and never discussed it, even though he was an officer.

He had a direct relationship with a lot of the customers, and deep knowledge for the app and the customers' requirements.

He was against Chad's plan to move all resources to Live and wanted to keep growing the part of the business that was actually generating money.

But Rory and Chad wanted a fresh new project, a new car smell because they don't make money from having a product, but from "having potential" and keep raising money.

And this is reflected in revenues not growing at the expected rate and costs increasing exponentially because they are hiring "trendy" people, instead of getting things done.


I will elaborate a little more, and also publish some information I think is important for everybody to have that the company has tried to sweep under the rug.
