The complete certainty you refer to is nothing more than my opinion and no more. Of course there are countless possibilities and I'm basing this on nothing more than the history of the GSE saga over the last 12 years. Sadly, this history and my opinions as a result have been more correct than not. The biggest thing this does as essentially quells any possibility for negotiation and it will stop all of the lower courts from making rulings dead in their tracks. This decision to hear the appeal was, without a doubt, the very WORST thing that could have happened to the GSE's and shareholders. Period.
