all right, some things, like the funds, seem to be going in the right direction!
But, the time for aplause or standing ovation is far from there!

1.PPS still at: BID 0.0001 vs. ASK 0.0002

2. Buyback is still not started!

3. (and the most important point for the moment, imo):
The outstanding fillings!

-Who believes that the fillings will take months (years) just because only of the takeover of Vinafilms?

-Who believes the auditor has been stuck in India for months?

-Who believes that the fillings cannot also be processed and submitted electronically from India?

-Who believes, if it is indeed very complicated, that you cannot find a second auditor who is exchanging the docs, with the auditor in India and completing the Filling in the US?

It is and was already foreseeable at the time of the last CC that it will be almost impossible to get from India to the US in the next few weeks!
Certainly not in August either!
But should the first outstanding fillings come byOthe end of August?
Who believes that?

Or I ask quite differently:
-Who of you believes in fairy tales?
-Who thinks we're being lied to?

If the SEC presses the gray market button ... it's too late!

And not as easy to get back in the trade as Henry may think!
