Handmanw...thank you for your thoughtful post...the light on the prescription issue you bring makes good sense.

I believe the CEO of a public Co. Is held responsible for all major decisions..this is a one drug Co...every decision regarding V is magnified...potentially loosing the US market for R-IT is possibly at hand..the decisions of the last big market the EU are being made this quarter...I believe with near certainty that John Thero is not the best man for the ceo of AMRN.

As Captainbeer pointed out the potential for Vascepa is immense past R-IT..

I hold Thero responsible for our stock price and the corner we are trying to fight our way out of...I'm mostly frustrated about the potential of V not just for shareholders but for all those needing this drug that won't get it if we lose appeal.

Judge DU can be held responsible for just so much...it was AMRN that decided to put it in her hands in the first place.

Sure we don't know all the details...but frankly with all that is at stake with AMRN and Vascepa a settlement had to be found...did AMRN/JT higher a professional negotiater was every rock and stone turned over?...I for one would have worked 24/7 since the Teva settlement back in 2018 to settle the case with Reddy's/Hikma you wear them down if neccessary..you don't take no for an answer...plenty of business deals start out looking impossible but you find away and make it work..

If AMRN had a whole lineup of drugs and a pipeline V would be not quite as important.

I've outlined things like his midyear report last year essentially pumping the stock before the dillution 2 weeks later...where was this years mid year report.
His insane PR on sales the same day as FDA expanded label.

I'm not a lawyer or a doctor but I can discern bad business practices and decisions this blatantly bad...JT really needs to go
