While I greatly admire your posts and your well thought out analysis I cannot agree with you on how Trump is handling this matter.
Opening up is fine IFdone mindful of all the guidelines set forth by the expert medical folkd such as Fauci and Gottlieb and more.
Trump "disses" Fauci, tells people they don't have to wear masks, doesn't set the example by wearing one himself,encourages the opening of schools without emphasizing the need for guidelines, etc etc'
His interest seems to be one sided without consideration of the cost of lives and the attention to details. In the meantime people are dying, hospitals beds are at a saturation point, medical personnel are stresses out to the limit, and cases are rising. But Trump has one thing in mind...
open up PERIOD.
I voted for him and he's done some good things for the country. But as a world leader and in this pandemic he's failed and failed miserably.
I don't know about you, but I've tuned him out. And I won't cast my ballot for dementia Joe either... So until we get a get a moderate independent who knows how to bring the country together, I'm sitting this one out.
