I think you're quite right on that (but I do look forward to reading your continued input on Pluristem's progress).

Without trying to litigate your detailed points, which mostly involves "what would have happened if only ...." sort of speculation, the one point I'd make is to this statement:

Trumps emphasis on the economy and not on lives is costing us not only more lives ...

The economy IS lives. The cost to the 40 million people who are out of work is huge, it is their livelihood, and future that is at stake. I'm lucky in that this has no economic effect on me and my family (they're techies, easy to work from home), but I can tell you that in my small home town, businesses like barbershops, small family run restaurants, cleaners, beauty salons and many others are closing, many forever. I KNOW that for many of those people, their dreams for a secure future has been demolished.

The solutions to this national challenge have to have a much broader perspective than that of our chief epidemiologist. That's the job of the elected leadership, who were in fact given the job of navigating whatever disaster the nation faces.
