Yes, the SEC usually does a good job of eventually tossing out the bad apples (like DBMM).

Foelak went against precedent and was the fly in the ointment that stopped DBMM from getting revoked.

If not for her, DBMM would have joined the rest of the bad apple companies that have been revoked.

But the SEC has their eye on correcting Foelak’s error.

They’ll eventually get rid of DBMM.

Good riddance to them.
