Each week about 120 or so of the 1700 companies that Value Line covers are updated. Through the year each group is reviewed and information updated four times. So, any particular week will have some companies updated while the remainder are up to around 13 weeks out of date.
Currently I don't know of any site where previous issues are collected and can be viewed for no charge. I'll check around and see what I can find.
The nature of Value Line's company reports is such that once every three months is usually often enough for an update. I look through their "Selection and Opinion" section as well as their "Summary and Index" section. It's from there I gather data for my market risk study. Even those aren't available publicly, I don't believe.
I'll report back if I find a source.
