When Hikma and Reddy went after FDA approval Anda for Vascepa - Amarin had no choice other than to 'try to stop them in court'.

As debated here many times 'where Amarin 'in hindsight' could have acted differently' - was in the choice of District (court) - but everyone thought is was a clear cut case that could not be lost.

Most of us shareholders newer even considered the possibility of losing. We were just anoid of 'the delay' in the road to the Stars.

I find BB's new approach very interesting. Digging into the 'total lack of moral' in these generic 'monsters' could be really 'eye opening' to the people that controls Bio world (inkl. Courts).

Should US authorities allow (support) these cynical foreign companies to destroy a small science driven Bio Company like Amarin - that through 'Blod - Sweat and Tears' have created maybe 'the best drug for 'helping humanity ever' ?

I Think Not.
