Companies have four business days to file a Form 8-K for the events specified in the items in Sections 1-6 and 9 above.



In your opinion which specific section would apply to how long they are allowed to “dig deeper” into the secondary endpoints before revealing if they hit or missed the primary endpoints? I don’t see one that looks like it would cover it.
