bob, you are one of the illuminati here and you make a good point about the mild to moderate trial. But I would just like to point out that in the severe-to-critical trial we are likely to see many deaths in the placebo arm and maybe none in the leronlimab arm. Therefore, the DSMC should under these circumstances step in and recommend that the trial be stopped for superior efficacy and those in the placebo arm who have still survived be given leronlimab. 28 days with severe to critical symptoms and on placebo? I don't like their chances.
