NAK after giving it some consideration, I would prefer FEIS be released Monday just prior to the scheduled USACE call so that left-wing media can’t pour through and attempt smearing by time of call. Expect a full last-ditch smear attack in the days following FEIS pre-ROD. The regular trolls will be out talking EPA vetos and rollbacks, but ultimately as Dunleavy has said, science will dictate the path forward.
