Here is a screenshot of the first page of the 2-page Forfeiture Order against Dewmar's former CEO, Marco Moran. It shows the $12.2M money judgement. The second page says that the U.S. can conduct discovery to get the money, that the order will become final at Moran's sentencing, and finally that the Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the order.
