Those writing the judge should ask themselves what they are trying to achieve here.

Nobody wants more delays.

We want Solomon to pay for this. 1.25M of his own shares. Frankly I don't care who gets the shares. As compensation for plaintiff's litigation cost is fine with me.

Also, we want Fredly and Heng Ren to have a 10% stake in this. Should we care if it isn't 100% fair how they got them? Life isn't always fair. The plaintiffs still had to pay for the shares. You can buy them now, cheaper.

If the settlement is denied, we could be off far worse.

I already said it, the plaintiffs have to do something now to win our support. A cash infusion. But they will probably do it after the settlement is final?
